Starting and Troubleshooting notes

Silver ball requires:

* A 386, 486, or faster IBM-compatible computer (Silver ball will also work on a 286 with music and sound effects disabled, but performance will not be quite up to par)

* A Hard disk

Silver ball also supports:

* Sound Blaster, SB Pro, and compatible sound cards.
* Gravis Ultrasound sound card.

Instructions:

From the DOS prompt, type SILVER to begin.
We recommend running Silverball only from DOS. Running Silverball from Windows or OS/2 may cause the game to slow down, run unsmoothly, or even lock up.
